LOVED IT, the doctor and assistants were so helpful in this experience. I had so many questions regarding what to expect and what each machine meant and they were so helpful with explaining that. Also making sure that I was comfortable with what they were doing. During the glasses picking process, they Gave honest feedback as to what they also thought about the glasses I picked, which was super helpful in choosing the perfect one along with the payment process. It was so quick and easy and I couldn’t have been more happy with the experience I got today. I found all staff to be courteous, efficient and professional. I was pleased to get in the same day I called. I was visiting from out of state and had an eye issue for which my doctor recommended I get in to an eye doctor immediately. The staff worked with me making me feel comfortable and putting my concerns to rest. The doctor was fantastic! I only wish she was in my hometown! Best service ever, definitely recommend the Talcott location!
I would give 10 stars if I could. From making the call as a new patient, to getting in for an exam with Ariel and Dr. Ravendrarajah, everyone involved were pleasant and professional. I'll be referring family, friends and co-workers to MyEyeDr. in Park Ridge.
