Update: Owner reached out same day and offered a refund for services. Unfortunately I couldn’t come back to get them fixed. Quality and swiftness of the customer service is great. If you need designs on your nails, book specifically with the owner.Original post (2 stars): I’ve come here multiple times and it’s ok for regular or no chip mani pedi. Before scheduling, I asked if she could do the design I wanted (white nails and a couple swirls on two nails). She said yes so I booked the appointment. Updating my Google review from a few months back (Feb/Apr 2023). Definitely a spot to go for a spa pedicure. I always appreciate Amy who does my No Chip Mani and Pedi. This recent visit, I booked a 445pm on a Sunday for the Lavender Spa Pedicure. Yes, I know, close to their closing time. Amy is always super busy and I can really tell today. Would not have anyone else besides Amy who is kind, patient, and absolutely worth it - Always does an excellent job, busy or not. Latest visit in April 2023 was during the weekday before 4pm and it was an Organic Milk & Honey Spa Pedicure. I did not opt to get color and the buff kept my pedicure and cuticles shiny. Edit: I went back after receiving a gift cert from the owner to retry. I went with Nasa, who I noticed spent way more time on my nails than the first girl I had. Which led me to believe the first girl was in a hurry. I went on a week and a half long trip to Europe and my nails lasted me the entire trip. It was only when I came back that they began to chip again. So I upgraded my rating. Thank you Nasa for taking good care of my nails and being efficient.
