I come here all the day and they always do an amazing job. Every staff member does and amazing job. Any waxing facials threading and eyelash lifts and tints I come here. I have never left anything but happy with the work done and have been coming here consistently for 5 years. Place is amazing!
Shoutout to Alice! I came in at the end of the day for eyebrow threading, and she did a great job on my brows. She was super nice, fast, and efficient!I also watched Alice deal with a rude customer in an extremely polite and professional way. A customer came in and was talking loudly on her phone in the waiting area. Alice nicely asked her to please respect the other customers and to take her call outside while she waited. The customer didn't like that answer lol. She was just mad to begin with because she was told two other people were ahead of her and that there would be a short wait.
