We will be back as we loved our stylist, but the receptionist was very rude. She commented on our tardiness (7 mins late according to her), and implied that we may not be able to receive our scheduled haircut as we were 5-7 mins late, though we were the only customers in the salon. She made similar comments when the next family came in apparently late as well. Curious if this woman has any toddlers herself, as if she did, she would know this kind of thing just happens! You’d think a child’s salon would be sure to include a tardiness grace period. There was also only one stylist, perhaps hire more help? Really loved the haircut and how well the stylist managed a squirrely kid.Hope the kids area is cleaned more next time I visit - there was hair in a lot of the toys and on the play table

This was our first time here and we can away so happy! Our three year old has super curly hair. The stylist got our daughter instantly and made her feel at ease. I still cannot believe how she was able to detangle her so simply!The space is also perfect. Not too much, not too little. There's a huge LEGO table along with books on the shelves. And there are monitors at each station.We will be coming back!
