Coming off of a really bad cut from a month ago done elsewhere, I thought I'd give hair cuttery a try. Nina listened to me of what I wanted and more importantly, what I didn't want. She gave me exactly the haircut and style I wanted. I didn't come out thinking "well it will grow out in a few weeks" because it was too short or cut poorly. It was perfect!! And I was able to make the appointment same day. Thank you Nina.

Forgot to write a review from a few months back. Deceptive pricing. I have straight hair, long. All I wanted was 2 inches taken off. I really didn't care the cut was super uneven, what pissed me off is when I went to pay and was charged a long hair fee. I also mentioned I just washed my hair and the lady insisted she wanted to wash it again, I think that was included with the cut, but not sure. I just looked at the whole website cannot find it anywhere. I bought a 4oz product that was supposedly %50 off. When it was time to pay, without tip, it came to over $70. For that price I could go to a private salon. Now I wanted to try this place again and I am actually wanted...read full review

It’s been at least 6 years since Ive walked into a Hair Cuttery. Came to get a single process color to cover up some highlighted growth and had a great experience with Hailey at the Park Ridge location. She listened to what I wanted, matched me perfectly, gave me options I may need after color ( like toner) upfront and went to work. I didn’t need toner after all but it was nice she prewarned me. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the color so much and it totally refined my look. No more two tone hair! Thank you Hailey!!
