On time and notifications (confirmation, arrival time and invoice) were great. Explained the current conditions (temp, air flow, etc) and results after cleaning. It is apparent that customer satisfaction is a top priority.
Professional, great and knowledgeable! You don't realize you need to get your dryer clean until it is a problem. I used them for the gym I own and I can rest a bit easier knowing that if staff forget here and there to clean the dryer vent that the vent deeper down is clean as a whistle and will be every year. Thanks.
