If you have a small business and need legal advice George Bellas should be your first call.I have a very small business and George is always very quick to return calls, or emails. Whatever my issue George is quick to help. I highly recommend His Corporate Maintenance Plan for any small business owners who may need legal advice, and believe me, at some point you will.

I have used this firm twice. Once for the sale of a business and the other for the sale of a commercial building. Due to the buyer working with SBA, it turned into a complicated and long procedure. Throughout, I had consistent communication and updates. I know they were working diligently on my behalf. I would absolutely recommend.
