Mandy has been amazing to work with. I’ve seen her on and off over the past 5 years after each of my pregnancies, and she has helped me tremendously through every stage of postpartum recovery. From jaw pain and back pain to pelvic floor therapy and c-section scar work, her care and knowledge have made such a difference in how I’ve healed and felt. She also supported me throughout pregnancy, which I truly appreciated. I’m so grateful for all she has done for me and highly recommend her to anyone looking for compassionate and effective care.
I had an excellent experience working with Dr. Rafferty for my back injury. Not only did she help relieve my pain and improve my mobility, but she also took the time to educate me on the mechanics behind what caused the injury in the first place.
I really appreciated the personalized approach, attention to detail, and genuine care throughout the entire recovery process. I left each session feeling more confident, informed, and stronger. I highly recommend her to anyone dealing with back pain or looking for a therapist who focuses not just on recovery, but long-term prevention as well.
I had a pin hole tear in my rotator cuff and surgery was not needed but PT was. Remembering how PT was from years prior with another injury I was dreading doing it again. I did not want to return to the big box PT places so connect with Amanda based on a referral. It was the best thing I could have done. One on one care with doing all the regular exercises and stretches you would expect but also other techniques like massage, cupping, and dry needling helped get my shoulder as good as new. I recommend her to anyone in need of PT and can’t say enough how great my experience was. Shoulder still feels great over two years later.
