I am not sure if words can truly express the level of compassion and lovingkindness Mr. Peter Jordan and Mrs. Morgan displayed to our family as we prepared to lay my mother-in-law to rest. From the moment my husband and sister-in-law met with Mr. Jordan and Mrs. Morgan, they expressed nothing but words of praise. My sister-in-law expressed how Mrs. Morgan's tone and demeanor were so comforting as they went through the pre-planning process. When my mother-in-law died, I contacted Mr. Jordan to inform him of her passing and he gave me his condolences and said he would inform his staff since he was out on lunch. He contacted my sister-in-law and spoke with the hospice to make arrangements for a time to come for my mother-in-law's body. He wanted to allow the family time before he came to the home. My husband and I live in Tennessee, so we had to travel back and forth, but Mr. Jordan was very accommodating to our requests to review her body after her death. Mr. Jordan did not want us to endure additional hardship so the compassion he showed our family was above and beyond. He is the epitome of godliness and a man who emanates the love of God to others. My mother-in-law's funeral was on Saturday, June 8th and it was beautiful. We were so grateful that the funeral home also had the accommodations to have the repass there. This made the process easier for our family as well. The presentation of the facilities was well in every respect (cleanliness, uniformity, and appeal). I believe presentation is very important and Mr. Jordan and Mrs. Morgan presented themselves in a very professional yet loving manner. I HIGHLY recommend you utilize Lain-Sullivan Funeral Directors.
