I have been a client at CQ since we moved to the area in 2008. Techs come and go and you have to be careful when getting a newer tech. I have experienced techs with rough techniques and with the language barrier, it is hard to communicate with them. I have one dedicated tech I see and schedule my appointments when I know she is there.

The $15.00 pedicure that was relaxing and enjoyable is gone. My last visit left me with a pedicure that I had to redo. Some staff members are good but others are only hoping for a great tip with bad service. I like to tip very well but not when they don’t care to put in the effort.

I loved how quick the nail tech was, I loved the price (I have never been anywhere and paid $38 for a gel overlay with rhinestones and having a tip added to one nail), I just think the shop could have been a bit cleaner. Also, one of the techs was trying a bit too hard for tips because she came over and had an entire conversation with my 5 year old sister and even put her on her lap. This gave me predator vibes, but also it gave me desperate for tips vibes because the shop was pretty empty. I also loved how there was no extra charge for using a card instead of cash. Overall, I would give them my business again because there are more pros than cons to them and their service.... read full review
