Terrible customer service. I expressed to one of the techs that I didn’t like the nails, and she got extremely upset and rather than trying to fix it. She just walked away. Given the fact that she had already finished the set I was going to pay, but I’m extremely disappointed in how she handled the situation Not even trying to fix it. Just immediate attitude as if I said I wasn’t going to pay for it. The only reason why I’m giving two stars instead of one is because she did my pedicure well.

The first visit was good and Cindy was professional but every visit after was poor :( my acrylic toenails fell off the first 3 days and my lashes feel off that same night. When I came back, they fixed the issue but I still got charged $10 and they murmured to each other the entire time doing my nails.Their customer service is very rude most times as well, as if you’re inconveniencing them:( I will not be back

I've been coming here for about 14yrs and my nail tech Jennifer has been #1. However she is no longer there and I'm less than satisfied with the other techs. I'm looking for a new nail tech as we speak elsewhere...great pedicures tho
