I'm very disappointed, the the deadline for washing my suit was too long, and after wait for days my white suite was still dirty, honestly wait all of that and paid for nothing .
I have been a happy customer from the day that Palos Park Cleaners opened with the exception of a few years when we lived out of state. After returning to the area about 10 years ago, it was very natural to return to Palos Park Cleaners. It was like we had never been away. They are experts at what they do, from cleaning and laundering to spot removal, mending, altering, and becoming friends because that is the way all customers are treated.
I am disappointed with this dry cleaning service. I dropped off a bag of clothes and paid over $115 to have 13 pieces dry cleaned. I bought in a newborn outfit and was charged for the tiny outfit, bib, and hat individually. The suits were well cleaned and pressed but the button down shirts we’re still wrinkled and many of the clothes still had stains I was able to remove myself! One item was still covered in cat hair the exact same way I bought it! This was by far the most expensive cleaner I have been to and the qualities of service did not match the price. I will jot be returning
