“Even though I was just calling to ask a few questions, Sabina made such a great impression. She was genuinely kind, patient and so easy to talk to. You can tell she truly cares about the people she speaks with, and that kind of warmth is hard to come by. Great customer service starts with the first phone call and Sabina absolutely delivered. Thank you for being so welcoming!”
“Chic salon makes me feel special! Recommended to me by good friend. Olivia listens and provides the best service, like I’ve never had before. Returned from salon today excited; exactly what I hoped for. Thanks so much!”
“Stella is great! Was finally able to use a coupon, wish they would send them out more often for Palos Park location”
