The owner, Monica, is amazing and friendly. I've been able to set up an appointment the day of and have never had a problem there. Monica is honest and explained the process of going from red to blonde keeping my hair as healthy as possible. Prices are extremely reasonable and I highly recommend this place.

Owner/employee was very nice/polite. I was looking for Kevin Murphy hair care products that were sold in-store, and Extasy had them! Very fair priced products as well.Additionally, when I called, they did not have travel sizes of a certain regimen I was looking for and they were so nice as to place an order for me and take down my number to call me once they arrived.Although I did not receive any salon services I am very happy with the products I purchased and the kindness/helpfulness of the staff... not to mention, my hair finally feels so much more healthy after being bleached. I can't wait until I get to try the entire Repair Regimen.

Oh my, I went in with a box color mess. Monica was able to fix it right up. This is the first time my head didn't burn, and there was no smell. Turned out really nice.Price was great and she has products to buy there. Great experience. It is Now my New hair place.
