The people were nice including the owner. The lady that did my hair made it look pretty. The reason why I’m giving two stars is for the fact that my color only lasted about a week. Plus the thing that really irked me was if I want to pay downtown prices, I would go downtown. They only did my hair coloring and when she told me the bill was over $165, of course I asked her did that only include the coloring? And she told me no the lady said coloring & cut. I never got a haircut. I brought my 86yr old Mom for a hair cut. From what I could understand, it appears to be a salon for seniors. There were a lot of elderly women there. The prices were the same as other salons. The staff seemed nice. The receptionist was having personal phone calls, that customers didn't need to hear her conversations. There was an elderly woman checking out, paying for her services. The total was $83. She tipped the stylist $5!!!! That's not even 10%!!!! If I were the stylist, I would've said something like, were you NOT happy with my service? I'm not sure. Robert Kendal Hair Salon is the best salon around. My mom has gone there for pretty much most of her life and I have been going there since I was younger. Carol Z is the best. I've never experienced such professionalism and high quality hair service. My hair always turns out amazing and I've always had great experiences there. Highly recommend!!!Service: Hairstyling
