From the moment I called Home Instead in Palos Heights, IL, I encountered the most professional, competent, and caring individuals. The caregivers who came to my love-one's home were most respectful and compassionate. They arrived on time. When my loved-one became acutely ill the caregiver with her was calm and skillfully called the right people for help. I cannot thank everyone at Home Instead enough.

Home Instead worked with us to find the best match of caregivers for our mom, and to always assure coverage was provided. This continuity over the past 2 years has helped tremendously in making our mom comfortable with her care, and especially her safety with mobility. The caregivers she currently has have been wonderful- very competent and attentive to our mom's needs, and in communicating important information on changing needs. This has been a great help to our family, and has achieved our mom's goal to remain in her home that she enjoys so much!
