I contacted Flowers within Hours At 6:30am and the owner Diane answered immediately full of energy and a warm greeting. I explained to her my situation and short timeline and not only did she rest assured that she could complete the order with the given constraints, she created a beautiful arrangement exactly to idea that we discussed on the phone. Competitively priced, very fresh flowers, quick turn around, great communication! Same arrangement and time frame would have been $110 with a $70 delivery fee that Diane created in 2 hours for $75.
Additionally, unprompted and conveniently - she used 2 of the 3 of my wife’s favorite flowers! A huge plus!
Will be recommending to friends and family. Will be using again!
-As a side note, this is a small woman owned business ran by a very kind, fair, qualified, and professional woman out of her home. It’s a 1 on 1 interaction from the start and you will be taken care of from start to finish to the best of her abilities if the level of fair, care, and respect she gives you is reciprocated, which I think takes little effort. Diane helped me in a pinch and I find some of these other poor reviews hard to believe compared to the experience that I had.
