As someone who has had nothing but terrible dental experiences over the last ten years, I had little to no expectations for this office. First person you’ll see when you walk in is Office Manager Renee. As an office manager in the health field myself, I can tell you she is everything you’d want in an OM. She is beyond helpful and her explanations on EOB’s and payment brackets are easy to understand. In the “back” office, Jorie and Dr Patel are the best. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this dentist office. Dr. Patel and her team did such a fantastic job. Took my daughter here for a second opinion and they were very compassionate and kind. They explained everything to me and to my daughter prior to doing anything. Dr. Patel and her dental hygienist were so patient and gentle. They got us in and out quickly. Very efficient. Renee at the front desk is very professional. Every one at the office takes pride in their job and it shows. Before the next appointment Renee goes over the treatment plan again and goes over costs as well so there are no surprises at the beginning or end of your visit. I was looking for a dentist to take my mom to and was so glad that I found College Drive Dental Associates!! From the second we walked in the office I felt a sense of relief and knew I found the right place. The entire staff is really amazing!! Dr Patel is so patient, knowledgeable, kind and explains everything so thoroughly. Rachel, the dental hygienist was really great with my mom as well. Renee, who greeted us from the front desk is absolutely the best!! She's so wonderful and very helpful.Highly recommend!!!
