Very poor performance. Many major issues with the house were not disclosed of the severity. I.e. foundation, electricity, windows and drywall and more. As a result the estimates for the issues not completely disclosed on the report submitted the estimates of epairs are exceeding $20,000 thus far.I highly suggest do your research first.

Due to legal matters I cannot fully disclose information but this was a very terrible service I would not rely on him as he missed essential areas extremely rude and hard to deal with. As a result to undisclosed damage and did not find issues and will cost 10s of thousands for repairs

Rich provides an incredible service. He definitely knows his stuff and is willing and patient in explaining anything you might ask of him. His final reports are incredibly thorough. I would be remiss to use any other home inspector in the future.
