My wife, Marion was involved in helping arrange a friend's funeral and found the staff at Ottawa Funeral Home and Crematory to be very professional and extremely helpful; one could tell they really cared about helping you make the right decision for your loved one and answered all her questions. In addition, they asked several questions of their own to make sure they understood what she wanted. We thank all of them for their help at a very difficult and confusing time. Their care and guidance helped make a this difficult situation easier to navigate.
I wanted personally thank the two last responders that come out Sunday to help move my grandma Luella Rose Loveless out of the Peru hospital it was a gentleman and a lady .. they absolutely did an amazing job
