From the moment I placed my order until pickup and use hardcore was amazing. Directed me into the proper product, didn’t try to up sale me. Then upon arrival at the warehouse they loaded my truck. When I arrived home I was blown away at the attention to detail in the products I received. They deserve 20 stars but I can only give 5

Great company and customer service. Whether it's over the phone or stopping in the store, you're always treated respectfully and promptly. Quality of products has skyrocketed in the last few years too!

Awesome products. The Rugged Series decoys are damn near bullet proof!! Customer service is great as well. Seems the company has made leaps and bounds in both product quality and customer service over the last few years.
