Mike is down to earth and straight to the point. The extremely cold weather and freezing pipes negatively affected my water pressure, so I called him to see if he could help. Even though he was busy, he stopped over to see what was going on after his last job. Unfortunately we needed a new water pump, but Mike came back the next morning and got 'er done. I finally have the water pressure I never knew I could have in this old house! I would highly recommend Arrow and will definitely use the services again.
My well pump quit and so did the holding tank.Mike was out to my house in a jiffy to replace the pump. The next day his crew came out to replace the holding tank . They were quick and clean.
