Twin Oaks Landscaping

I live in a multi family housing community. Twin Oaks is our current lanscaping contractor. I don't think they do a very good job. They leave skid marks in our lawn from pivoting their mowers too fast. They don't weed whack fences, sidewalks and driveways every week. They don't kill weeds growing in cracks of sidewalks. They have only edged our sidewalks two or three times this year. They don't do a very good job of blowing off sidewalks and driveways of debris after they mow the lawn. They blow grass clippings into garden beds. They direct grass clippings from mowers into garden beds...which causes unwanted grass to grow in gardens. In my opinion, their employees are lazy. If you are looking for the basic car wash version of landscaping, you may find their work acceptable. If you expect your landscape contractor to take care of the details and not just mown the lawn, I suggest you consider another landscape contractor. My association will not be renewing our contract with Twin Oaks next year.

Lazy lazy lazy and oh yeah incompetent. So I watched as they did a school property nothing huge and with all their commercial equipment it still took them like three days. I saw two of the crew use blowers and blow leaves into the window for almost an hour twenty feet from the school while class was going on. They finally gave up took about a twenty minute break just to come back with racks and half cleaned the area until they called over the mower just to plow over everything and spread what they spent almost two hours gathering up , only to come back with racks and finally just pick up the debris. Then drove through the parking lot with truck doors open and spilling leaves all in the parking lot. But the left those I guess they didn't feel like picking them up for a forth time. The school district should pull their heads out and fire this company.

This company is a total disaster right from scheduling to get an estimate done on your property. They don't even know who they give appointments to. And the lady handling calls here really seem to have a temper issue. If you've money, go find another landscaper who is more responsible and value your business
