Jon was amazing from installation to answering my calls days/weeks later when I had questions about the transmitter. He came out to fix a boundary issue and made sure all worked well!
We are so thankful to have found Swag’s. Jon is super knowledgeable about the fence technology and dogs. I can’t imagine having our boy boxed in a tall fence without the freedom to roam our yard. Nor could I imagine him on a tether all day. He loves sitting in the front of our yard and seeing all our neighbors. One of our neighbors saw how good it worked for us and installed a fence from Swag’s as well.
Jon did an incredible job installing the PetSafe system. Asked great questions on the location of the wiring, cleaned up after himself and did some initial training with our puppy. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. Even answered some questions after the install!! Highly recommended!
