The instructors are very knowledgeable and friendly and the studio is beautiful and welcoming. No matter the class, I always leave feeling a little more confident in myself and look forward to my return.

I was having back pain for a while and my physical therapist suggested I try Pilates to strengthen my core. I've been going to Prairie View Pilates for a few months now, splitting my time between Melissa's Tower class and Paula's Reformer classes. Both instructors are amazing! Being the only guy in some of the classes, I was a little hesitant at first, but both the instructors and the others in the class quickly make you feel welcome.
Melissa's classes have a lot of variety. The constant changes keep things fresh, challenging, and fun.. you're always trying something new and pushing yourself a bit further.

LOVE Prairie View Pilates. I have tried several studios, and finally this place is the one. Knowledgable instructors, with a welcoming environment and culture. Small classes. I am a fitness instructor/coach, and I am very picky. This place has my heart.
