It’s the centipede that Kaneki gets forced into his ears along with spider lilies, as they symbolize death. The tattoo for me had a lot of meaning. It’s an anime tattoo by one of the anime’s that has stuck close to me and hit home. Very nostalgic at this point too lol

Moose hit this tattoo spot on. Honestly, out of all the 8 tattoos I have, all done by various artists, this is the best. His shading is amazing. Same goes for the black fine lines.
