When I thought my home was ready to sell and picture worthy, I reached out to Charleen. We did a quick FaceTime walkthrough where she made tons of suggested changes on top of what I had already done. After completing them she came out for the shoot and continued to make more modifications. When she was done my home was completely transformed and looked better than it had the entire time I lived there. Her pictures turned out incredible and caused my home to blow up with people desperate to see it, many willing to write offers based on just the pictures. My home was under contract in 3 days, which could have been sooner except we had so many showings we couldn’t fit them all in.
