Mister Sparky went above and beyond to fix our electrical issue. We had a partial power outage at our home due to a broken electrical cable coming into our home. Diagnosing the problem was complex and Mister Sparky helped us find a specialist to trace the line to find the break. They then found a temporary and permanent solution that restored our power (and Air conditioning when it was 90° outside). Mister Sparky went above and beyond in a few ways: (1) they called Comed for us when we weren't sure what to ask for, (2) they let us borrow portable AC units during the outage, (3) they did some landscaping work while we were waiting for a landscaping team to arrive and (4) they were always responsive when we had questions. I'd highly recommend Mister Sparky!
The people from Mister Sparky are amazing. Don came out at 10:30 pm to take care of a faulty smoke alarm so it wouldn’t keep me up all night. Love this company! 5 Stars all the way. Thanks Dom.
Dan, Charles, and the team did an excellent job for us these last two days, and their service exceeded our expectations. They were prompt, courteous, trustworthy, professional, helpful, and I felt safe being home alone with five men and my two kids which isn’t always the case, and is very important to me. They swapped a light fixture, added wiring for three new light fixtures and installed them, and added a fair number of dimmers and fan controls. We are so excited to have new lighting! We will be recommending them often, and using them again in the future. Excellent company, excellent people.
