The finished product is beautiful but only because we were diligent throughout the entire build. You have to go everyday and look at everything. You have to question everything and if their answer is off, it’s probably because it’s wrong. Do your due diligence. Request those inspection reports that you have a right to see. (Trust me on this!!) Ask questions and trust your instincts. Though a master copy of the blueprint is on site, it’s NEVER looked at. (Also, make sure that blueprint is accurate. Ours wasn’t and I had to constantly remind the contractors of what we were supposed to have. The subcontractors are not great either-except for Rob the electrician. They will eat in your home and leave their dirty utensils laying about along with their food. Still missing a drawer in our kitchen that I was told shipped over a month ago yet nobody can provide any information. Our occupancy permit came in 15 minutes into our closing when it should have been issued the day before. Need I say more?

Wow. Just wow. We walked in to the model and we're "greeted" by the most sour woman I think I've ever met. "Shoes off, your information here." Walked out. I won't even consider building with them.

Do not trust these guys. Have had complaints of pipes/sewage from our house exploding/leaking into the road and neighbors yard. Our pipes in the basement started leaking destroying my basement gym...
