I had excellent service at Best Buy by Mateo Martin,the geek squad worker there!! He was friendly and a clean nice man who did his job and did it well!! I was impressed. He did it and now my phone is totally awesome. I have to have my phone working and I hate it when it breaks down like that!! I use it for navigation and I just feel better having it with me and working properly!!! Good job done and really preciated!!!
If you have something that is going to need a bit of troubleshooting to figure out, you’re probably going to be waiting a while. These guys are pretty much always backed up with the amount of work they have to do so i don’t put blame on them. besides that, they did a pretty good job helping me with my computer and communicating with me. If you’re not as tech savvy, these guys will tell you exactly what’s going on with what you’re bringing in and even give you suggestions after it’s fixed for improvements (preventative maintenance, parts to consider replacing in the future, etc.) overall if you aren’t in a rush to get whatever you’re bringing in back in...read full review
Pretty great but because I can't answer on price is cause I purchased the 1 yr subscription 199.99 and it takes care of everything and I mean everything except certain phones like I phone but other then that love the service and Jason the service manager os very very informative along with his workers very professional will Def be doing business with them again on any of my electronics that have been broken
