I have ever only had good experience’s when I go to ODI. Dr Mohan always explains my options and then we make a plan. She is always very pleasant, patient and understanding with me. I don’t like Novocain so she works slowly with me. The girls in the office are great, especially Nann she goes out of her way to helps me to understand the insurance portion. I have nothing but great things to say about all the other Doctors and staff at Oswego Dental and Implants.

I recently chipped a crown and I was able to get an appointment first thing the next morning. Not only were they able to get me in right away, they were able to remove the damaged crown and replace it with a new one. Everyone there is always so happy and friendly, it makes going to the dentist much more pleasant.

Highly recommend Downton Dental Oswego! Not being to a dentist for some time it was nice to see the facility being very clean, organized and the staff very welcoming and friendly! Dr. Cwiek was great and very informative during the exam! Very relieved to have found a dentist I can trust and clearly has the best interest for her patients.
