I’m a Super Kiss Plus Unlimited member and overall I really love Delta Sonic. It’s very convenient, my car always comes out sparkling clean, and it smells great afterward. I also really appreciate having access to the indoor vacuum cleaners, which makes cleaning the interior easy in any weather.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the experience during the car wash line. They often make you pull extremely close to the car in front, and the staff repeatedly gestures and yells to move closer. At times, the expressions and tone can feel rushed, annoyed, or even a little aggressive, which takes away from an otherwise great experience.

I am so grateful to have this place down the street from me. I don't know much about cars and it's so nice to feel like I have a place to go for service and truly be taken care of with time and honesty! That is so hard to find today! Damon and Oscar have gone above and beyond with my Kia. They always change my oil for me, and check over my vehicle. They even found chewed wires under my hood and possum remains - I had no idea, I was so freaked out!! Now when I come by for service they remember me and it's always so nice to see them. Just got my car washed, and at the end, Ricardo took the time to blow dry not just my mirrors and window sills, but my mirror stalks and door handles, as well. That's the first time I've seen a towel dry attendant do the door handles! He deserves a raise! Five stars! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
