NOT often that you are completely disgusted with a business when they have done nothing (pun intended). I reached out to this company for a sign project at my church only to months later still have gotten nothing. The project manager does not respond to emails or calls. After months of frustration I called and asked to be linked with a new project manager- THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN! The lack of communication and professionalism is unbelievable. I guess the only sign they clearly make is Do Not Disturb!
