My sister and I went on a late night to wash the car (about 40 mins before they closed) and the assistant manager Geoff helped us at the window. He was very kind, professional, patient and beyond helpful. He walked us through the wash options and had offered to set up the app for the free 30 day trial wash. Definitely will be back and keep the subscription just for the GREAT customer service! I highly recommend!!!

Tommy’s is great. Lost this emblem off of my 2008 Camry in the dryer section a few days back and was finding oem replacements for way too much online. Came back and asked the guys if they saw it, they had it ready and secured! Great guys and great wash.

Honestly the belt and app are nice. But the soft touch brushes i think barely hit my car. Idk. The times it did. It left swirl marks left and right. Both sides seemed to be too far off to put any sort of pressure to wipe. Not awful. Better then gas and wash ig. The value is good. Just wish it actually washed more
