I would not advise anyone to hire her as a divorce attorney. She will charge you an astronomical monthly fee and do not work. She had me sign a contract and transferred my case to a law firm that specializes in immigration. She comes off as a woman who has been in your shoes and cares, but only wants your money. My biggest regret in the divorce was signing that contract and making her my lawyer. Money is the root of all evil. It’s a shame that a black woman would do that to another. My last name at the time was Jordan-McKee in case she come here and says she never represented someone with my name I have proof and will upload it of necessary.
Please beware of Sherlyn Smith Harper she is the most incompetent person there is I can’t even call her Lawyer She Is a DCFS Case Worker, her specialty is passing EMAILS while eating and her Husband is Barton she will try to get him to extort you for money please beware I don’t even believe she ever had more then 1 client before she will miss all deadlines she just a incompetent HOT MESS, DO NOT FILE A COMPLAINT YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM ON THIS LADY

She went into court and openly admitted to not doing any work on our case, and yet she continued to charge unearned fees. I feel that her main focus was money, not our child. If Masah is assigned to your case, question everything. DO NOT TRUST her to look after your childs best interest. I feel that Masah is solely focused on using the GAL program...read full review
