my call was easy, got a quote within a couple days and the price didnt change once they started. the joints on the back of the house were crumbling and you could see daylight in some spots. they matched the mortar color pretty close, way better than i thought it would look. work took about three days and they kept the patio clean while they were going. happy with how the brick looks now, blends in like nothing happened
Our chimney was in rough shape, bricks crumbling near the top and a few spots where mortar was basically dust. AZ came out, walked me through what they were gonna do, and got to it. The rebuilt section up top looks like it belongs there, the color match on the new brick is close enough that you really have to be looking to spot the difference. The tuck pointing on the lower part is clean too, lines are sharp and even. The whole chimney just looks solid now, not patched up. They also redid a small section on the side of the house where I had some stair-step cracking, same level of care. Price was in line with the other quote I got, maybe a touch under. Had a mortar crumbling out between the bricks on our front steps, looked terrible and was getting worse every winter found AZ Tuckpointing after looking around Tinley Park for someone who actually does this kind of work they came out and repointed everything matches the original brick perfectly now .
