I have been using @properties for the sale of my condo and purchase of my home in Chicago. My realtor referred me to Danielle Moy when I asked for a referral for an agent in the southern burbs for my grandma's house. Danielle was patient and incredibly knowledgeable. She was able to communicate with my elderly grandma in a gentle but knowledgeable way. She sat with my grandma for hours while she asked her a lot of questions and she got the house sold quickly. Recently chose @properties to help me out find my next "forever" home for the time being. I was referred to Denise Danihel from all of my close colleagues. From start to finish, Denise was helpful and was on top of making sure I was taken care of. She wasn't rushing me to find a home either. She did a great job finding me homes to go visit for showings. She ended up finding the place I would eventually call home quicker than anticipated.
