changed name to Duly and now it's impossible to get vaccination records from them, been trying for over 1 hours talking with multiple people.

This used to be an amazing practice, then the best doctor left, it changed to Duly and it is now ABSOLUTE garbage. The hours and schedule aren’t right online, no pediatric receptionist anymore, the good nurses are fine, and they can not get their finances right. When you call billing they say they’ll fix it , but don’t and you get sent to collections. Absolute horrible place and would not recommend to anyone.
