I was given a time frame at which the technician will arrive and when they didn't show during that time, I gave them a call and they asked to re-schedule to a later time. So I re-scheduled to a later time and waited for them and the same thing happened. I waited over 4 hours for them to show up and they never showed up nor did I even get a call to let me know that they won't be able to make it. It's completely unprofessional that I had to call them to get a response and all they wanted to do was re-schedule without notice.
