Long story short, we experience a severe lack in communication and in the end, both of our S-Corp and Personal tax returns were not completed and instead, all of our financials were sent back to us after the deadline for tax filing with little reason provided.

The longer story... We had our S-Corp and Personal tax returns completed by Michael Kimmey for 2023. Everything got done in time but we noticed a real lack of communication on their part.

We went back this year to have our 2024 filings completed. We met in early February and provided a sum total of our expenses and sales as well as access to our QuickBooks payroll and tax documentation with the state...read full review

Unprofessional and incompetent. After using this guy for quite a few years, I had requested some help filing a tax return for a trust of which I am the trustee. Apparently Mr. Kimmey couldn't or wouldn't advise me on the correct procedure even though I submitted all the necessary paperwork to complete the form. I was totally willing to pay for the service. Rather than advise me he responded by email accusing me of not knowing "what the hell" I was doing and then putting me off for three months. Michael Kimmey is one of a kind. He is patient, a good listener, flexible, and personable. He will work with you with prices. I admire his willingness to genuinely want to help his clients succeed. He is also very knowledgeable of what he do. He gives you examples and scenarios of real life business situations and help you maneuver through them. I love that his company is full service. Monthly financial statements, tax returns, and payroll is just to name a few.
