Wayne Johnson did not give an invoice when requested over a month ago. When I asked how he could charge $750 for one Small Estate affidavit that is only 1 1/2 pages long, fill in the blank he said "Oh well!" He was unresponsive during the process before I fired him - I had to call and email several times to get any response from his office. He told me I would get a refund of the retainer my deceased mother had given him over 2 years ago - and now is refusing. I've asked for the bill detailing his work on March 15. It is now April 25 - no bill and no refund. DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY!!! He is rude on top of not providing a bill!
