Excellent communication, Customer Service, Fair Pricing and Quality! I have taken two of my vehicles to JJ's after extensive research and conversations with the MFG rep about (Crystal Serum Ultra) I had work done previously at a local installer and I will admit it looked great the day I picked it up yet several months later it was not nearly as slick and I noticed water spots and significantly less shine, yet the real tell all was how my California Duster slid over the paint and windows above and beyond how towel drying was exponentially quicker and effortless it still amazes me SEVEN MONTHS LATER. I personally hand wash my cars, JJ informed me about what products to use and it's been amazing, unless it rains I generally can go weeks with just dusting. I clearly see and feel the difference from previous products used 7 yr product that felt like a wax job after a few months. The Black car in the photo was a one owner six year old car, a car wash queen with micro scratches and chips, I ordered touch up paint and JJ did a paint correction with the Crystal Serum Ultra G Technique treatment and the paint was as good as showroom but has more depth. JJ's pricing was fair and I felt no pressure sales pitch or up selling. I have recommended several friends, one with a black Bentley who is totally satisfied. Do your due diligence (reviews) on the product being used, I called the MFG direct and the spent time talking to me about the technology and how many years they have been doing ceramic coatings, select a certified installer and walk away from the snake oil products that sound too good to be true and cost an arm and a leg. I waited eight months to do the review due to my previous experience and investment in Ceramic and PPF. The photos were taken yesterday.
