We had such a great experience at Hometown Veterinary! Appointment was easy to make and they got us in quick. Most importantly they were so amazing with our dog! Everyone working was patient, kind and went over everything thoroughly! Highly recommend !!!
Brought Charlie in for his new patient exam and shots. Such a caring staff! I cant say enough good things about Dr Ortiz. She was so great with Charlie. The staff is friendly as well!!
I went to Hometown Veterinary after tracking down Dr. Stephanie Ortiz who was our vet in the Plainfield area. We went to Orland Park because of Dr. Ortiz! She has taken care of our prior 2 dogs, and now we have Annie. Dr. Ortiz is the best vet ever! She gets on the floor with the dog and spends a great deal of time with them. She is by far the most compassionate, caring, knowledgeable, and loving vet I have met in my 78 years. Belive me when I say there have been a lot of vets in my life in that time. She is definitely worth the trip to Orland Park.
The rooms at Hometown are like your living room at home. Warm and friendly. Not cold, metal exam tables!
