Great work, steep prices. I got a soak off of an acrylic overlay and was charged $20. Any other salon has charged me $8-$10 for a soak off. I loved my nails so I bit the price. Staff was very friendly and the inside is gorgeous, just be prepared to spend more than you would at another salon.
I called ahead and was told a full set of acrylics on toes with a no-chip pedicure would be $55. When I got there and showed the tech a photo, the price suddenly jumped to $98. I said that was too much, so he said $68 for acrylic only on the big toes, which I agreed to. After the service, he tried to charge another $10 for chrome, which I thought was included. Then at checkout, the total was $78 because of a “French tip” charge I wasn’t told about.
They do a good job on pedicures, but the pricing constantly changes and isn’t what they initially tell you. Very frustrating.and very expensive.
Once again Olivia goes above and beyond to provide the best services!!!! From fill in’s to relaxing pedicures, she is precise, customer focused and so friendly! Thank you Crystal Nails!!!
