I brought my brand new still in the bag brides maids dress in to be hemmed on 9.13. I was told they would call with a price and it would be 3-4 days. They called on 9.20 giving me a price and that it would be done on Monday the 22. I was not able to get there till Thursday the 25. when I got there it took them 20 minutes to try to find my dress and then I was told it will be here tomorrow. I went back in today the 26th and waa told it still wasn't there it was coming in on the next truck. I waited in my car for the other truck to pull in and never saw one so I went back in 40 later. They then pull my brand new dress out of the bottom of a bin all wrinkled up in a ball and handed it to me. I stated to them this was a brand new dress in a bag on a hanger when I brought it here(it still has the tag on it), now there is no hanger, no bag and it's filled with wrinkles! They said we can fix thar for you but you have to leave it here another day. I told them no I will pay someone else to fix it after the service i just had. I get home, try it on and it's not even correct! So now I have to pay someone else to do what they didn't do correctly and to press it since they just threw in a ball in a bin! NEVER AGAIN I will be going back up and asking for my money back tomorrow since it's not even correct
