Apparently they still don't return calls or send requested quotes (if you're lucky enough to even speak with anybody). I think they are focused exclusively on large business clients and are unconcerned with residential or small jobs.

Called and spoke with Al about a project I am working on. Al took my information, said he would call back in an hour. Didn't get call back the rest of that day or the next.

Two days later called 2nd time and asked to speak with Al. Was told Al was at lunch and he would call in 10 minutes. Again, no call back from Al.

Decided to try one last time, called and finally got connected to Al. When I asked why he didn't contact me his response was he was at lunch. Must have been a long lunch and his lunch must be more important that potential customers.
