My partner and I moved from Chicago at the end of the last year. We have had a few appointments with our cats, and everyone we have encountered has been wonderful. They are great at making sure your questions are answered, and they handle the animals even better. Definitely worth driving from Dixon for the quality of care we have received.
I had to put my fur baby down yesterday. I love that they allowed me to be with him the whole time. They are the most compassionate people one could ask for during this difficult time. The entire staff was amazing.
The doctor and staff are very caring and you can tell! They helped check over a stray cat from work and treated her as their own. I am grateful for the care and great pricing of services and especially the thorough checkup to make sure MooMoo is healthy! Thank you again!! ?
