Last time we used them got service within hours, good service but they seem to be backed up at this time. Been trying to get service for a week but never make their schedule. Must be a extra busy time of year for them.

Rich has been to my house several times. He performs quality work. He looked at our jacuzzi tub that was leaking. He provided me an estimate for repairs and parts in a timely manner. Our master bathroom shower was leaking and he was able to fix it for us. Very reasonable and honest! Highly recommend Rich for any of your plumbing needs!

Response within an hour. Quickly assessed the problem and explained what actions he would need to take to access the break. Within an hour, the leak was fixed. I was very happy with professional service and cleanup. Good work, Don? Final cost was very reasonable.
