Monik at the registration desk your attitude is a reflection of your service. You never know who you’re talking to so let this be a reminder. I will be reporting you to your supervisor. You did not greet me and your facial when I told you I shouldn’t have a copay was just as disgusting as your service. If you’re not happy with position give it to someone that needs the job.

Dr. Kathleen Bewley is a bully and extremely rude. Unprofessional. My wife who's native language is not English and has aspergers has a very hard time communicating her needs. Dr Bewley was verbally abusive to the point that my wife came of her office in tears and had a total meltdown that lasted the entire day and into the next day. This doctor who demands respect clearly does not have it for her patients. There is an obvious language and cultural barrier here. Instead of have patience she opted to be a bully instead. Disgusting unprofessional behavior from someone who took an oath to do no harm.

This place really sucks! It is so hard to get an appointment with a specialist here. Every time I call to see if I can get an appointment with Dr. Coolidge they have to call and check my insurance. I'm fine with that but when you say you are going to call someone back, CALL THEM BACK! Don't have them waiting for a call back! I wanted to get an appointment here because I did not feel like riding the train or driving to Northwestern. Retrain your staff or hire competent people!
