Kistler-Patterson Funeral Home is a caring, professional, and respectful group. They help families through shocking and difficult times, handling overwhelming crowds with ease. They are exceptionally helpful and professional, guiding those who have never planned a funeral before. The staff provides support with grief programs, paperwork, and answering difficult questions, including those from children. They are there when needed, offering essential help during a sad and overwhelming void.
The staff was courteous, thoughtful, helpful, and kind from the first visit until after the service for my mom I can’t think of anything more that they need to do to improve their service. They made the process go smoothly for myself and my family and provided us with thank you notes and everything we needed.They even Sent me a link for help with grief.
They helped me with everything and more. I had no idea what I was doing. Very professional and kind they genuinely care about you and your loved one.
Every question was answered, truthfully, every person we came in contact with,( from the team who came to take our loved one into their care, to the very end...) was kind, and empathetic, yet, knew how to smile and laugh along with us!!! Life is hard..so is death, but find you a funeral director and staff who will not only cry, but laugh with you too...the whole enchilada!!
